1. No Refunds

All payments made for memberships, events, workshops, courses, or any other services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellation Refunds

Once a registration or purchase is completed, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund, whether partial or full.

3. Non-Transferable

Registrations, memberships, or purchases cannot be transferred to another individual unless explicitly stated.

4. Event Changes

In case of any changes in event date, time, or format (online/offline), no refunds will be provided. However, we may offer rescheduling or alternative options at our discretion.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend or participate

• Dissatisfaction after service delivery
